With a Service Reservation: If you have a confirmed booking inside the park (e.g., campground, lodging, guided tours), your service reservation acts as your vehicle reservation.
Hiking or biking in: No vehicle reservation is needed for non-motorized access.
Park Entrance Fees
A vehicle reservation does not include the park entrance fee.
Cost: $35 per vehicle (valid for 7 days).
Purchase online, at entrance stations, or via the America the Beautiful Pass (annual pass).
Pro Tips for a Smooth Visit
Be Flexible: Aim for early mornings or evenings to avoid needing a reservation.
Check Availability: Recreation.gov updates availability daily, and last-minute spots can open up.
Explore Other Entrances: Areas outside the reservation zones, like the Apgar area or Bowman Lake (via North Fork), may still offer plenty to see.
Plan Transit Options: Park shuttles operate along GTSR, and you don’t need a vehicle reservation to use them.
